...And especially after a good run...
The Wednesday post didn't go up as expected since I definitely didn't transfer trains, ended up walking home from further than I needed to, got caught in the early beginnings of a thunderstorm and then definitely showered and passed out.
I wanted to explain column runs so hopefully this works--
So we ended up in teams and the object is that as you run around the bridal path with your group in a straight line - the last person jets up to the front and becomes the lead and over and over.
We started off w a team of 10--
So looks like this:
a b c d e f g h I j
Which turns into
J a b c d e f g h I
And then
I j a b c d e f g h
U get it--
So ur running alongside a running line like
I j a b c d e f g
{--- h .... ....
Trying to get to the front.
It takes a bit longer w a longer line, so eventually we ended up splitting into two teams, but we lost a one along the way so it became 4 of us- which makes for much more switching-- and can get super tiring.
But it was good! Definitely keeps u in line and makes u keep a pace, but then speed up every once in a while--
But I definitely felt like I was in boot camp. Left right, left right!
