Central Park At Night Or... Bridal Path for Easy Knees...

The lights don't come on til 730 but its pitch black at 7!

Today was an easy run day- two laps on the bridal path- 3.7 mi around each. Many of the folks on Team ran 14 miles the day before (training moved to Sunday for Yom Kippur)

And we met the winner of the NY Marathon from last year, Meb Keflezighi. He wished us luck.
He's an Olympic runner for US as well- the coaches were pretty stoked.

I left starving! Made the mistake of eating an hour before training... No good on the stomach, but I hadn't eaten like I should have in general for the day.
Things I need to work on to take care of self.

Anyway- fundraising emails are going back out- we only have a few weeks left! While the marathon isn't until NOV- the moneys DUE a MONTH before. Its the most anxiety driven thing.

The running- I'm ready. the marathon- I'm ready. 40thousand people thru nyc streets? I'm ready.

Gettin this money up!!?? I don't know. I have over 500 followers on one and over 1k 'friends' on another and ... I need more impact!

$1 a mile. And a dream. Let's get this up... http://bit.ly/bW6xmN
